The Need to Measure and Manage Carbon
Worldwide, companies are being asked to report on their carbon emissions and water usage. New regulations such as the Clean Energy and Security Act in the US, The Carbon Reduction Commitment in the UK, proposed changes to the Environmental Protection
Act in Canada, and the ruling by the association of insurance companies NAIC will bring thousands more companies under some form of mandatory reporting regime. Customers and supply chain partners are demanding more information to do business.
