change policy toward a cohesive strategy in the U.S. Featuring
Herman Sips, international negotiator on finance and climate
change for the 2009 Global Agreement; Martha Delgado,
Environment Minister, Mexico City; and other global green
planning experts on the environmental policies of The
Netherlands, New Zealand, and the European Union. Special
discussion of California’s Climate Change Plan AB 32.
