SUN CHILD will be the first regional environmental event of this type and scale to be organized in Armenia. It will take place on the 1st-15th of April, 2007. During these two weeks Dilijan, a small wonderful city in Armenia, will become the center of great regional environmental events, discussions and actions of all sorts.
The festival will become a unique meeting place for environmental professionals and young generation. The aim of the festival is to create a background with suitable conditions for bringing up a healthy and strong generation, taking care for the nature of their own country as well as of neighboring countries and protecting the assets and treasures that were created by mankind throughout thousands of years. In this sense, the festival provides wide opportunities for cross-cultural communication and dialogue. Armenian Film programs from the festival will be screened at different International Environmental festivals worldwide.
