Purcell Mountain Lodge is a home away from home. Surrounded by the unspoiled wilderness of the Rocky Mountains and Glacier National Park, it is an oasis of comfort in the midst of some of North America’s most rugged and spectacular mountain scenery.
From the very beginning, environmental stewardship has been at the center of the Purcell Mountain Lodge philosophy. Their commitment to environmental excellence has led to a number of back country innovations: they generate all of their electricity from a nearby mountain stream; their custom-designed waste water treatment plant produces water as its end product; and their commitment to recycling and composting greatly reduces the amount of waste the Lodge produces.
