A World Heritage flotilla of decorated boats will be among the attractions at the inaugural edition of the Rideau Canal Festival, which runs Aug. 1-4.
The vessels will represent World Heritage sites, such as the pyramids of Egypt and the wonders of Easter Island.
The Rideau Canal is Canada’s most recent UNESCO World Heritage Site.
